About Me

Training has always been a part of my life.
The best feeling for me; Always been able to do whatever i want no matter how high demands it is on the body. Never end up in a situation when my body is a obstacle to reach wherever i want. Be filled with energy and being happy.

I have reached to this point from a lot of hours with hard training but also a lot of  fun during the journey.
This is reflected in my philosophy of health and training as a personal fitness trainer.
Everyone need some kind of exercise to have a healthy life and a functional body.

For me motivation nr one for training should be to reach a level where the body is your own ferarri. You should be able to do whatever you want. Even if its just taking the stairs up to the appartment or climbing mount everest, i think everyone is happier and get more out of life with a healthy body.
I have a lot of experience from all kind of different training, from sport at top level to just trying different sports just for fun as a beginner.
I love to inspire other people around and with my background combined with an international licens in personal training, this will be my professional in the future.
My wish is to be able to inspire as many people as possible and make a positive change in their life when its about health and feeling good.
