Training has always been a part of my life.
I have reached to this point from a lot of hours with hard training but
also a lot of fun during the journey. |

For me
motivation nr one for training should be to reach a level where the body
is your own ferarri. You should be able to do whatever you want. Even
if its just taking the stairs up to the appartment or climbing mount everest,
i think everyone is happier and get more out of life with a healthy body.
